Bravo! Vail is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. The institution will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.
PHONE NUMBERS AND E-MAIL ADDRESSES
We will not trade or sell your phone number or email address to any other business or organization. We communicate information to our customers by email and phone only regarding performances and ongoing news of Bravo! Vail.
MAILING ADDRESS INFORMATION
We collect mailing address information primarily to inform our Patrons about upcoming Bravo! Vail events. We may also use our mailing and phone lists to ask for your support for our Annual Fund Drive campaign. We do not rent or sell our mailing lists to commercial businesses. We may occasionally make mailing address information available to select organizations, including but not limited to, non-profit arts organizations, affiliated organizations, or agents working on our behalf. We may also provide aggregated data to these and other organizations.
When a patron signs up for an online account with Bravo! Vail, they are given the opportunity to opt out of having their information used for purposes not directly related to this site.

Bravo! Vail uses browser cookies in order to conduct its online transactions. A “cookie” is a piece of data that contains information about a visit and is stored on the hard drive of the Patron’s computer to access this site. Bravo! Vail makes every effort to ensure the security of its network and systems. However, Bravo! Vail does not guarantee the security of such information.
Bravo! Vail’s ticket sales software has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under its control. The secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of a patron’s personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet.
