Information Requested Directly From Patrons

In order to purchase tickets, patrons are encouraged to join the Bravo! Vail e-newsletter. The Bravo! Vail registration form requires patrons to provide and verify basic contact information (such as name and e-mail address). This information is used to contact patrons about services in which they have expressed interest.

How Bravo! Vail Uses Financial Information

When ordering tickets Bravo! Vail may require contact information (such as name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number and expiration date) in order to process requests. This information is used to check a patrons qualifications and process billing for products and services. If there are issues with processing an order, this contact information is used to contact patrons.

Unique identifiers (such as logon IDs) may be collected from patrons to verify identity and for use as account numbers in record-keeping systems.

Bravo! Vail will not share financial or unique identifier information with third parties without a patron’s prior consent. When a purchase is made on the site, the patron’s consent is given to provide financial or contact information to those third parties necessary to process transactions, such as credit card companies and the companies that handle shipping on Bravo! Vail’s behalf.

Security Precautions

Bravo! Vail’s ticket sales software, Tessitura, has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under its control. The secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of a patron’s personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet.

Sharing Information

There are three ways in which Bravo! Vail shares information.

The sharing of aggregated demographic information with corporate partners and advertisers. This information is not linked to any personal information patrons provide nor can it be used to identify any individual person.

Bravo! Vail partners with other parties to provide specific services, such as the fulfillment of tickets or shipment of merchandise. When patrons request these services, information will be shared with a third party in order for them to provide the requested services. Agreements with these parties prohibit them from using personally identifiable information about patrons except for the sole purpose of providing these services.

Bravo! Vail uses information provided to us by patrons in order to make contact about offers from Bravo! Vail. If a patron selects the option, from time to time this information may be shared with carefully selected partners. Should a patron decide against having information shared for either one of these purposes, they may notify Bravo! Vail of the preference and the request will be honored. Bravo! Vail wants to provide the highest level service possible, but only in ways patrons find helpful.

Surveys and Contests

From time to time, this site requests information from users via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. The requested information typically includes contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code). Contact information will be used, and shared with the survey or contest sponsors, to notify the winners and award prizes. Anonymous survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site. Users' personally identifiable information is not shared with third parties unless we give prior notice and choice. Though an intermediary may be used to conduct these surveys or contests, they may not use users' personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
