The Jane and Gary Bomba Internship Program at Bravo! Vail is unsurpassed in its reputation of advancing interns into successful careers in arts administration and non-profit management. Bravo! Vail hires highly qualified interns each summer who aspire to develop their skill sets, network with successful professionals, and work on diverse projects.

Education & Engagement Intern
Charlotte Kazalski is from West Springfield, Massachusetts, a rising senior at Ithaca College pursuing a degree in Music Education
and Flute Performance with a minor in Spanish. At Ithaca College, she works as a Peer Career Advisor and an Ensemble and Music
Education Resource Assistant in the LEM (Library of Ensemble Music). Charlotte is also the SERV chair for Mu Phi Epsilon, one of the professional music fraternities on her campus, and works to provide the chapter with volunteer opportunities through music. She aspires to be a music teacher for elementary or middle school students and wants to provide a quality music education that is accessible and affordable. Charlotte is extremely excited to be interning with Bravo! Vail and to learn from everyone who is
involved with the festival.
Sheridan Eggers
Operations Intern
Sheridan Eggers is delighted to be joining Bravo! Vail as the Operations Assistant intern for 2023. Originally from Indiana, she has studied the cello for many years at the Indiana University String Academy and has worked and volunteered with the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra. Sheridan loves meeting and collaborating with musicians from all over the world and has had this unique opportunity at the Indiana University Summer String Academy, Eastern Music Festival, and the Music for All national festival. She is a rising junior at the University of California – Berkeley double majoring in music and sociology where she is a member of the UC Berkeley Symphony Orchestra and an all-cello ensemble, Celli@Berkeley. After spending the summer in Vail, she is greatly looking forward to studying abroad at McGill University in Montreal. In addition to her passion for music, Sheridan loves crocheting and knitting, volunteering with animals, and being a foster mom to a rabbit.
Kamryn Charles
Audio & Technical Production Intern
Kamryn Charles is a student at the Frost School of Music at the University of Miami, and she is pursuing a B.S. in Music Engineering Technology and a double minor in Screenwriting and Electrical Engineering. During her time at Miami, she has taken on many leadership roles on campus. She serves as President of her multicultural competing A-Capella group, Tufaan, and both manages and does live sound for a venue on campus, Coffeehouse. She is also a licensed engineer for the Frost School of Music, both recording and live mixing shows in their concert halls. Back at home in Atlanta, she works for Alliance Theatre, the Leading Producing Theatre for the Southeast. There, she teaches acting and songwriting, assists camp managers with administrative duties, and performs in shows hosted by the Rich Theatre. When she isn’t out of the house from sunup to sundown, she loves to write music, cook, go to a concert, or convince a friend to accompany her on a spontaneous adventure. Kamryn is thrilled to join the team at Bravo! Vail as an Audio and Technical Intern and looks forward to working and learning in a place as beautiful as Vail Valley.
Kaidan Larson
Audio & Technical Production Intern
Kaidan Larson is an undergraduate student at Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts. A classical violinist since he was very young, Kaidan has explored many corners of the artistic world to find his passion for composing, eventually blending his love for film and orchestral music by double majoring in Film Scoring and Composition. Kaidan has played in various groups over the years, ranging from regional and national honors orchestras, a small classical group touring Costa Rica, to most recently, a bluegrass band based in Boulder, CO. Kaidan enjoys paddle boarding, trying new restaurants, and of course, watching movies and limited series. He is looking forward to studying abroad next fall at Berklee’s international campus in Valencia, Spain.
Emma Cerovich
Institutional Advancement Intern
Emma Cerovich is a multi-genre vocalist and singer-songwriter. As a Vail Valley native, she was involved in the dance, music, and theater community growing up. Her love of music has been formed by the rich local music community, including attending Bravo! Little Listeners concerts from an early age and teaching piano with Bravo! Vail. Emma received her Bachelor of Music in Voice and
Ethnomusicology from Wheaton College in 2021 and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Vocal Performance at Missouri State University. Training as a competitive soprano, Emma has performed nationally with the National Association of Teachers of Singing, the Missouri State Outreach Opera, and the Missouri State Chorale as well as internationally with the Brancaleoni Music Festival in Piobbico, Italy. She has spent time as a songwriting intern with the band Urban Doxology collaborating with musicians
within the pop, jazz, folk, and classical music realms. She released her first EP, Heart Gone Wrong, in 2022. Beyond performing, Emma is passionate about cultivating spaces for audiences to experience excellent musicianship onstage and in educational settings. She is thrilled to be joining Bravo! Vail this summer to continue to foster the vision of making music in the mountains.
Maggie Lashley
Institutional Advancement Intern
Maggie Lashley is a junior at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, majoring in Marketing and minoring in Music Technology. She is the
Vice President of Marketing for her sorority, Alpha Phi. She plays the bass guitar and sings for a band called Backroad Boulevard. In her free time, she loves to be outdoors, make jewelry, and draw. Looking ahead, she would love to combine her love for music with marketing. She hopes to be a tour marketing manager, a music marketer, and someday own her own music store. She is excited to be coming back at Bravo! Vail, saying her experience last summer was a life-changing experience for her. She is looking forward to this summer!
Erina Lee
Institutional Advancement Intern
Erina Lee is a recent graduate from Davidson College with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a minor in data science. She is passionate about combining her fields of study to present specialized information using accessible language. Having played cello her entire life, she is excited for this opportunity to support the classical music scene from behind the curtain.
Lydia Lee
Institutional Advancement Intern
Lydia Lee is majoring in Music and English at Iowa State University, where she will be a senior in the fall. She plays the clarinet and piano, and she is involved in the wind ensemble, jazz ensemble, and a clarinet trio within her music department. She is incredibly passionate about music's power to uplift, unite, and empower people, which is why she wants to pursue a career in arts administration, specifically music nonprofit management. When she's not making music, Lydia can be found working as a barista at her hometown coffee shop, reading classic literature, or spending time outdoors on her family farm in rural Iowa. She is currently abroad as a Visiting Student at the University of Oxford, where she studies Music and English Literature and performs in the Oxford University Wind Orchestra.
