What if I buy a lawn pass and cannot attend any concerts?
While our standard policy is that tickets and lawn passes are non-refundable, we understand the necessity to be flexible in these unprecedented times. If your plans change and you cannot use your lawn pass for any concerts in the 2020 season, we ask that you consider donating the value of your pass to help support Bravo! Vail's ongoing mission of enriching people’s lives through the power of music. If you prefer a refund rather than donating the value of your pass, please contact the box office before the Festival begins.
If the quantity of orchestra performances is reduced due to cancelations, we will reduce the overall pass cost accordingly and you will have the option to donate the value to help support Bravo's mission, place the value of your pass on account for future purchases, or receive a refund.
What if I misplace or forget to bring my lawn pass?
If you arrive to a concert without your lawn pass, the Box Office can print a paper ticket valid for that night's concert as a one-time, free-of-charge service. $5 fee for each subsequent replacement ticket. For lost passes, please call the Box Office at 877.812.5700 to reprint your pass. $15 pass reprint fee.
Where are seating options for people with disabilities?
Per the American Disability Act (ADA), the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater is accessible to individuals with disabilities. A limited number of ADA General Admission Season Lawn Passes are available for purchase each year. Additionally, a limited number of ADA General Admission Lawn Seat Tickets are available for sale for each individual concert. The designated ADA lawn seating area is located behind Section 2 and you must have a designated ADA lawn seat ticket or ADA lawn pass to sit in the ADA seating area. By purchasing an ADA seat or ADA lawn pass, you are stating that you require an ADA seat. If purchased fraudulently, you may be subject to relocation. If you need assistance purchasing ADA seating, please call the Box Office at 877.812.5700.
