LITTLE LISTENERS @ THE LIBRARY

LITTLE LISTENERS @ THE LIBRARY

Free and fun programs for kids to listen, explore, and play.

A series of free, fun, and informative performances by Festival musicians in area libraries. During each performance, our youngest listeners will explore a musical idea or term with the performing artists, followed by an opportunity to play the instruments on their own during an Instrument Petting Zoo. Each concert will be paired with books recommended by local librarians to continue exploration independently. Listeners can attend four consecutive performances and fill their musical toolbox with many new terms! They will be able to track their progress throughout the summer by completing an interactive worksheet, which can be redeemed for a special prize at one of our Family Concerts this summer.
