Important Dates for Ticket Buyers 2027

Festival Announce: 2027 Season will be announced December 1, 2026.

  • Donor Presale: December 1, 2026 - January 26, 2027.
    • Contributor Level Donors & Above $1,500+ 
      Will be seated first and payment will be processed upon time of seating.
    • Supporter Level Donors -  $500-$1,499 
      Will be seated beginning January 19, 2027, and payment will be processed at time of seating. 
  • Single & Package On Sale: January 26, 2026.
  • Package On Sale Window: January 26 - March 26, 2027.
  • Festival Free Events Announce & On Sale: March 9, 2027 

Additional Donor Ticket Reservation Information 

Donors $500 and up can reserve tickets December 1, 2026 -  January 25, 2027! Learn more about all 2026 donor benefits here. See above for donor level seating windows. 

Donors will be seated according to donor level and date reservation is received. Popular seating sections fill up quickly during the donor pre-sale period. Reserve today to secure the best available seats!

  • Digital Wallet Tickets:  April 13, 2027
  • Print At Home PDF Tickets: April 13, 2027
  • Direct Mail: Physical Tickets will be mailed May 11, 2027. Please allow time for postal service delivery from rural region.
  • Lawn Passes: Pick up only. June 1 - June 24 Pickup at Bravo! Vail West Vail offices. June 25 on: GRFA Box Office in Vail.
