Digital Wallet Tickets: Digital Tickets will appear in your Digital Wallet in April. Please refer to your order confirmation for details. Digital Wallet Tickets are NOT Print-at-home PDF tickets.

  • Click on the Request and Access Code to Log In button
  • Check your email for a 6-digit code
  • Didn’t get an email? Click here

  • Event(s) will be listed in the My Events section
  • Click on an event to see the tickets
  • Swipe to move from one ticket to another as needed

Sharing a Ticket

From the Tickets screen, click on the Share button

  • Type in the full name of the person who will receive the tickets
  • Select 1 or more tickets to share with that person
  • Check the box to agree to the Terms of Use
  • Click the Next button
  • On the Review screen, click on the Confirm button
  • On the Share Link screen, click on the Share with your Guest button
  • Send the link to the guest using email, text, or any messaging tool
  • Follow up with the guest to make sure they claim the ticket and can see it in their wallet

Add Ticket to Apple / Google Wallet

  • Currently, tickets can only be added to Apple Wallet and only for select events
  • From the Tickets screen, click on the Add to Apple Wallet icon
  • In the Wallet confirmation screen, click on Add in the upper right corner
  • Open the Apple Wallet and confirm the ticket has been added
  • Adding to the Apple Wallet removes the ticket from the Ticket Wallet
  • Remove the ticket from the Apple Wallet and return it to the Ticket Wallet by clicking on the Get ticket back from Apple Wallet button

I Didn’t Get an Email with a Login Code

  • Check the Spam / Junk mail folder

Bravo! Vail is pleased to offer various level Lawn Passes for the 2025 Orchestral Series* season at the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater. We offer four types of Lawn Passes, which grant access to the holder to lawn seating throughout the Bravo! Vail season. Please see below for pricing details and special notes. 

  • The Green Lawn Pass is for a single individual and requires submission of a recent photo to identify the user.  
  • The Student Lawn pass is good for any student with proof of active/valid school I.D.
  • The CO Teacher Lawn pass is good for any Colorado Teacher with proof of full-time active/valid school I.D.
  • Transferable Lawn Pass is transferable amongst users and does not require submission of photo I.D. These are great gifts to have on hand for family and friends in town to share the experience of Bravo! Vail. 
  • Lawn passes will be available for pickup only.

When you order tickets from Bravo! Vail you have the option of selecting a delivery method. 

If you have selected to receive your tickets by Mail, these tickets will be distributed until the second Tuesday of May.

If you have selected Digital Wallet Tickets, these tickets will be distributed electronically on your profile on the second Tuesday of April.

What is your COVID-19 policy? 

The health and safety of our patrons, musicians, staff, and community are Bravo! Vail's top priorities. After careful consideration and in compliance with our venue partners, as well as local, state, and federal guidelines, unless otherwise posted, we will not require proof of vaccination to attend Bravo! Vail events. Face coverings at all events will be optional and encouraged for anyone who wishes to wear them. We will continue to stay in close communication with Eagle County Public Health and Environment, and we may change our policy at any time in the interest of the health and safety of our guests, artists, employees, and volunteers.

General Concert Performance Frequently Asked Questions

What if I’m late to a performance?

Bravo! Vail concerts begin promptly. Give yourself plenty of time to park and get to the venue and seated. Latecomers will be escorted by ushers at an appropriate interval or may be seated in an alternative section for a portion of the performance.  

What if I misplace or forget my tickets? 

There is no charge to reprint tickets. Please call 877.812.5700  before 3 PM on the day of the performance or allow extra time to request new tickets from the Box Office at the venue.

Can I bring the kids? 

  • Of course! Children of all ages are welcome to Bravo! Vail performances. For assigned seating, we strongly recommend parents bring children aged six or older who are able to sit quietly through the entire performance for our Orchestral, Chamber Music, and Immersive series. All assigned seating requires a paid ticket for entry and children are not permitted to sit on parent laps at these events. Tickets are required for entry for all patrons at any age. 
  • We offer dozens of community and family concerts throughout the summer and you can explore those here.
  • For our Orchestral Series concerts, children 4 and under are free on the lawn with an Under 4 Child complimentary ticket.  Please reserve an Under 4 Child Ticket by contacting the box office. Subject to availability.
  • Parental supervision is required for all children under 18 attending Bravo! Vail concerts.  

What are some general rules of concert etiquette? 

  • Please allow time for parking, getting to the venue, optional concessions, and seating.

Where are the Orchestral Series concerts held? 

Bravo! Vail Orchestral Series concerts take place at Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater located at  530 S. Frontage Rd E Vail, CO 

Who performs?  

Bravo! Vail is honored to be the summer home to four of the world’s most acclaimed orchestras, each with its own unique history and approach. Orchestral Series residencies currently welcome the New York Philharmonic, The Philadelphia Orchestra, Dallas Symphony Orchestra, and a highly acclaimed Guest International Chamber Orchestra each year.  

What time do performances begin? 

Concerts start promptly at 6 PM (except for the movie screening which starts at 7:30PM). The Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater lobby opens 90 minutes prior and gates open 60 minutes prior to performances. Give yourself plenty of time to park and get into the venue. Latecomers will be escorted by ushers at an appropriate interval.  

How long do concerts last?

What should I wear? 

There is no dress code for concerts. Please be prepared for rain and cooler temperatures.  

What if it rains?

Concerts take place rain or shine. The Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater is an open-air venue. Refunds are not given due to weather unless a concert is canceled in its entirety with no performance rescheduled.  

What should I bring to the concert? 

  • If you will be on the lawn, a blanket, sunglasses, and a hat are recommended. If rain is predicted, please bring appropriate rain gear. Food, commercially sealed non-alcoholic beverages, low-profile lawn chairs, and umbrellas are permitted at concerts. All backpacks, bags, purses, picnic baskets, and coolers will be checked upon entry.  
  • The following articles are not allowed at the venue: cameras, audio/video recording devices, standard-height lawn chairs, baby strollers, alcoholic beverages, firearms, pets, skateboards, bicycles, scooters, and skates. Smoking is not allowed at the amphitheater.  

Where is the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater Will Call window?

Will Call tickets may be picked up at the Box Office located to the right of the main GRFA entrance lobby. The Box Office is open 11AM - 5PM or to concert intermission start time during the Festival.

Lawn Passes – Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater use only

Lawn passes give you access to all of the season’s Orchestral Series concerts at Gerald R Ford Amphitheater. Passes are not valid for concerts held at other Bravo! Vail Music Festival venues.

Pass types are as follows:  

  • Green Pass one lawn pass valid for all orchestra concerts, non-transferable (photo required)  
  • Transferable Pass one lawn pass valid for all orchestra concerts, transferable between users  
  • Colorado Teacher Pass one lawn pass valid for all orchestra concerts, non-transferable (photo and proof of current full-time Colorado teaching status required)  
  • Student Pass one lawn ticket to all orchestra concerts, non-transferable (photo and proof of current full-time student status required)

What is the lawn chair policy?

Permitted and prohibited chair types

To better serve our audiences, the venue does prohibit lawn chairs that are over 5" off the ground. Chairs over this limit inhibit the sightlines for fellow patrons in the lawn seating area. Chairs over this limit may be requested to be left at the front gate for pickup post-concert.

Is the Amphitheater a cashless venue?

The Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater is a cashless venue. This includes both concessions and parking.

Not all concerts presented will have lawn screen activated in the space.

How can I acquire tickets to the Patriotic Concert?

Tickets for the Patriotic Concert on July 4 are sold and distributed by the Vail Valley Foundation and may only be purchased at the GRFA Box Office.

Tickets go on sale July 1 at 8AM.

Walk-up sales only.

No phone calls.

Maximum 4 tickets per person and the purchaser must be age 15 or older.

Pavilion seating is paid and lawn seating is free.

Gates open at 12:30PM and general admission lawn seating is open until venue capacity is reached.

Where do I park for Chamber Music Series performances? 

For concerts at Donovan Pavilion:
Free and ADA accessible parking is available at the Donovan Pavilion.

For concerts at the Vilar Performing Arts Center:
Free parking is available in both the Villa Montane and Ford Hall parking. Parking is subject to availability and free with a valid Vilar Performing Arts Center ticket stub. Parking is available to ticket holders 2 hours before show time and up to 30 minutes post-show. To receive free parking simply take a standard parking ticket at Villa Montane or Ford Hall parking structures upon arrival then when leaving, show your VPAC ticket stub and valid parking ticket to the attendant.  

The Vilar Performing Arts Center offers paid valet parking service for all shows. Valet will be available on the parking island next to the buses near the VPAC front door.

Concerts generally last 90 minutes to 2 hours. Intermissions may vary based on the repertoire performed. Please check the concert programming page online for listed times, if applicable.

Where is the Will Call window? 

Will Call tickets may be picked up one hour prior to the concert in the Box Office area.  

What is the seating plan? 

Seating for Chamber Music Series concerts is reserved and assigned, not general admission.  A seat map may be found here from the Vilar Performing Arts Center. A seat map of the Donovan Pavilion can be found here.

The VPAC is fully ADA-accessible. ADA Accessible seats are available in each section (Orchestra, Parterre & Balcony). The Donovan Pavilion is fully ADA-accessible. Please contact the Box Office for additional information or to make a special request.

Community concerts are typically one hour.

How early should I arrive for a Community Concert? 

Doors open 30 minutes prior to the advertised concert start time.  

What happens if I arrive late? 

You will be asked to wait outside and will be able to enter between pieces.  

Are there Artist Talkbacks for these concerts? 

Some concerts have Artist Talkbacks, and the audience will be informed at the beginning of the performance. Talkbacks with the performing artists take place for 10 minutes following the performance.

What is the dress for this event? 

There is no dress code for concerts.

Concessions are not available at Community Concerts.

Little Listeners @ the Library Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a ticket for Little Listeners @ the Library events? 

Tickets are free for these events, but reservations are required.   

Is there reserved seating? 

No, all Little Listeners @ the Library are open seating and first-come-first-served.  

How long does this event last? 

The performance is 30 minutes long.

What if my child can’t sit through a whole performance? 

Bravo! Vail encourages children to move along with the music and you can come and go as you need.  

What age group are these concerts for? 

Any age is welcome to attend, however the programming is geared toward pre-school to second-grade age children.  

What will my child learn from this event? 

Your child will learn about a musical term and concept at each performance.  

Do I have to come to every performance for them to make sense? 

No, though the educational material from each show works together. If you miss the first one you can still come to the second one. Children will have a game board that they can fill out by coming to multiple performances over the summer. 

Are all the Little Listeners @ the Library the same show? 

No, each performance is different and each of the four events down-valley and up-valley covers different musical topics.

Inside the Music Frequently Asked Questions

Is Inside the Music a performance? 

These events are talks, discussions, and masterclasses that deepen the audience's understanding of music. There may be some performance element integrated into the event.

Do I need a ticket for Inside the Music?

Inside the Music Series events are free but still require a reservation. 

Is there reserved seating for Inside the Music? 

No, seats are based on a first-come first-serve basis. Once venue capacity is reached, the doors will be closed.  

How long are Inside the Music events? 

Typically, Inside the Music events are one hour.

How early should I arrive for this event? 

Doors open 30 minutes prior to the listed start time.  

Where do I park for this event?

What is the dress for this event? 

There is no dress code for concerts. 

Do I have to attend all Inside the Music events or can I attend just one? 

Each Inside the Music has its own unique and independent topic and speakers. Attend as many as you would like!

Family Concert Frequently Asked Questions

Do Family Concerts require a ticket?

Family Concerts are free, but still require a reservation. All artists and programs are subject to change. 

Is there seating available? 

Seating will be on a lawn or open space. You may want to consider bringing a blanket and/or low-profile lawn chairs.   

When does the performance begin? 

The performance begins at 5:30PM.  

What if my child can’t sit through a whole performance? 

Bravo! Vail encourages children to move along with the music and you can come and go as you need.  

What age group are Family Concerts for? 

Any age is welcome to attend, however the programming is geared toward children ages 5 and up.   

Are there hands-on activities involved? 

Hands-on activities may be included pending local and state health guidelines. Please see each individual performance for more details on available activities. 

Are Family Concerts the same performance? 

Yes, concerts are the same performance. However, you are welcome to come to any and all.  

Is there food or beverage available at these events? 

No concessions are available at Family Concerts.

How long is the event? 

Performance lasts around 45 minutes, but include artist introductions and opening remarks.

What is the dress for this event? 

There is no dress code for concerts.  Please be prepared for rain and cooler temperatures. 

Where do I park for this event? 

Parking is available right outside of the venue for each performance.  

Who performs at Family Concerts?

A chamber music group will be performing classical chamber music in a family-friendly format and setting.
