Bravo! Vail Music Festival Announces First Featured Community Partner for 2026: Vail Valley Charitable Fund

March 3, 2026

For Immediate Release

VAIL, CO March 3, 2026 — Bravo! Vail Music Festival is pleased to announce the Vail Valley Charitable Fund as its 2026 Featured Community Partner. This new annual initiative deepens the Festival’s connection to the local community by spotlighting organizations that advance community well-being.

Each year, Bravo! Vail will collaborate with one local nonprofit organization through shared visibility, engagement, and mission-driven collaboration. The Featured Community Partner program celebrates community impact while creating meaningful opportunities for audiences to connect with important local causes throughout the Festival season.

The 2026 Featured Community Partner, Vail Valley Charitable Fund, provides critical support to individuals and families who live and work in the Vail Valley and are experiencing financial hardship due to medical crises or long-term illness. As part of this partnership, the organization will receive elevated visibility across Bravo! Vail’s performances, events, and community activations during the Festival, taking place June 25–August 6, 2026.

“The Featured Community Partner initiative reinforces Bravo! Vail’s commitment to serving as both a cultural and civic leader,” said Caitlin Murray, President and CEO of Bravo! Vail. “By partnering each year with a nonprofit that is making a measurable impact locally, we are able to amplify their work and align our platform with the needs of our community. I am thrilled to feature the Vail Valley Charitable Fund and the tremendous impact they make in the Vail Valley.”

“We are humbled and honored to be named the 2026 Featured Community Partner by the Bravo! Vail Music Festival, especially as we celebrate 30 years of serving this community,” states Rohn Robbins, VVCF Founder and Chair. Added Brooke Skjonsby, Executive Director of Vail Valley Charitable Fund, “The connection between our organizations reflects a shared purpose rooted in healing – through the transformative power of music and the financial stability we provide during moments of medical crisis. This partnership represents the very heart of our valley, and we are deeply grateful for the opportunity to share our mission with the Bravo! family while continuing to expand our impact and support fellow nonprofit partners in their important work.”

Partnership Highlights

Throughout the 2026 Festival season, the Featured Community Partnership will include:

  • Featured recognition at select Bravo! Vail concerts and events
  • Pink Disco Night, July 5, 2026, during Disco Divas with the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, when attendees are encouraged to wear pink in solidarity with breast cancer fighters and survivors—an important focus of the Vail Valley Charitable Fund’s community support efforts
  • On-site visibility and mission spotlights during Festival events
  • Collaborative storytelling through digital, social, and on-site channels
  • Opportunities for shared audience engagement and community connection
  • Specific activations and touchpoints are developed collaboratively to align with both organizations’ goals and capacities

Annual Selection Process

The Featured Community Partner will be selected annually through an internal review process led by Bravo! Vail’s Community Relations Committee and approved by its Board of Trustees. Organizations are evaluated based on alignment with Bravo! Vail’s values, demonstrated community impact, and opportunities for meaningful collaboration, and shared visibility.

The partnership is designed to be seasonal and non-exclusive, allowing Bravo! Vail to highlight a new organization each year while continuing to support a broad ecosystem of community partners across the region.
